Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain, to 27 countries across the EU and UK. For destinations outside this list, contact sales@tradixoltd.co.uk to check availability.

• Spain & Portugal: 1–2 business days.
• France, Italy, Germany, Benelux: 2–4 business days.
• Rest of EU: 3–6 business days.
• United Kingdom: 4–7 business days (customs-dependent).
• Bulk/pallet orders: dispatched per agreed schedule, typically 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and order value. Orders over €500 to EU destinations qualify for free standard shipping. Bulk order shipping is quoted individually.

Every order is shipped with tracking and is insured for its full value against loss or damage in transit. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

For shipments to the United Kingdom and other non-EU destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Devices are shipped in protective, anti-static packaging appropriate to the product type, with tamper-evident sealing on individual units and reinforced cartons for multi-unit and pallet shipments.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact sales@tradixoltd.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier, issuing a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
