Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tradixo website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and condition grading
Products are sold as New, Renewed (Grade A, B or C) or Customer Return, as described on each product listing. Grade descriptions are provided in good faith based on our internal testing standard and are indicative of typical cosmetic and functional condition, not a guarantee of a specific unit's exact appearance.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in euros and, for consumer sales, include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices for bulk and B2B orders are confirmed by quotation and may vary based on volume, availability and market conditions. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, major debit/credit cards and, for approved business accounts, bank transfer. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For B2B accounts, agreed payment terms are set out in a separate commercial agreement.
5. Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Renewed and customer-return products carry a minimum 12-month Tradixo warranty covering functional defects, unless a different term is stated on the listing. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or unauthorized repairs. See our Refund Policy for remedy details.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU, as detailed in our Refund Policy. This right does not apply to B2B orders placed by registered businesses acting in a professional capacity.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Tradixo condition grading system, is the property of Tradixo Technologies S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tradixo's liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
